Samantha Young, LMSW, is an experienced psychotherapist currently practicing at Greenpoint Psychotherapy, where individual psychotherapy services are provided since July 2022. Prior to this role, Samantha served as a Clinical Case Manager at the New York City Criminal Justice Agency, conducting diagnostic evaluations and creating treatment plans from March 2020 to June 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Forensic Social Worker at The Osborne Association, where biopsychosocial evaluations and alternative to incarceration treatment plans were developed from February 2019 to March 2020. From September 2011 to February 2019, Samantha held the position of Family Law Attorney at The Fortune Society, advocating for clients in Family Court. Additionally, Samantha was a Mediation Manager at NYSPCC from March 2010 to May 2011, overseeing mediation programs and engaging with court personnel. Samantha holds a Master of Social Work from the University of South Florida and a Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law.
