Beth Richtman is an accomplished leader in sustainable finance and environmental initiatives, currently serving as COO and Co-Founder at Pantheon Regeneration PBC, a nature-based solutions company aimed at impactful greenhouse gas removal. Richtman holds several influential positions, including Board Member on the Sustainable Investing Advisory Board at Brown Advisory, Venture Partner at Trailhead Capital, and Sustainability Operating Partner at GreenPoint Partners. Previous experience includes founding Cyan Capital Partners to promote sustainable finance, managing CalPERS' Sustainable Investments Program, and directing business development at Enel Green Power North America, where significant growth in renewable energy capacity was achieved. Education includes a Master’s degree from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree from Stanford University.
