Vijay Kumara N is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as the India Recruiting Leader at Greenlight since October 2022, Vijay leads recruitment efforts for a fintech company focused on financial literacy for children. Prior to this role, Vijay was the APAC Recruiting Leader at Talend, where expertise in data-driven recruitment was utilized from April 2018 to October 2022. Vijay also held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Mirafra Technologies and Talent Acquisition Leader at SLK Software Services, contributing significantly to organizational growth and recruitment operations.
