Janice Rosario is a bilingual Tier 2 Customer Service Specialist at Greenlight since June 2022, providing support via live Slack channels for a platform focused on family finance management. Prior to this role, Janice served as the School Business Operations Manager at LA Promise Fund from August 2016 to June 2022, coordinating operational activities at Russell Westbrook Why Not? High School and developing after-school programs focused on health and STEM across multiple sites. Janice's experience also includes positions in diversity and multicultural affairs at Fairfield University and program coordination roles with organizations like the Boys Scouts of America and NASPA.
