Bianca Jackson is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Senior Design Research Lead at Greenlight since September 2023. In addition to this role, Bianca has been running Bianca Bakes since June 2013, focusing on food experience design and developing unique recipes. Previous experience includes significant positions at Meta as a Senior User Experience Researcher, specializing in AI & Digital Fashion and Instagram & Facebook Shops. Additional roles encompass Senior User Experience Designer & Researcher at Pro.com, Senior Product Designer & Researcher at ChefSteps, and Senior Design Consultant at Doblin, among others. Bianca's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Design Leadership from the Maryland Institute College of Art and an M.B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, following a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Washington University in St. Louis.
