Anirudh Kesharwani currently serves as the Head of Risk Policy and Strategy at Greenlight since October 2022. Prior to this role, Anirudh accumulated over fourteen years of experience at PayPal, where titles included Director of Decision Strategy and Director of Data Science, focusing on techniques to mitigate fraud-related losses through behavioral analysis and data-driven strategies. Anirudh's earlier experience includes a Consultant position at Genpact, providing marketing analytics for a major Retail Consumer Finance Company in the USA, and a Software Engineer role at IBM, implementing business logic for a significant Telecom Company. Anirudh holds an M. Tech. in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a B.E. in Industrial Engineering from Bangalore University.
