Travis S. Johnson, SPHR has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Travis S. started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Blockbuster in 2012 and then moved on to become a Human Resources Manager at TGS Management in 2013. Following this, Travis worked as a Human Resources Manager at Bear Communications LLC from 2015 to 2016. During this role, they successfully handled employee relations issues, managed benefits, developed policies and procedures, and assisted in setting up a new market. Travis then joined Ford Motor Company as a Labor Relations specialist in 2017, followed by a position in Midwest Sign Company, LLC as the Human Resources and Safety representative from 2018 to 2019. At Ford Motor Company, they served as an HR Business Advisor from 2019 to 2021. Travis joined Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI) as the Manager of Employment/Diversity & Inclusion in 2022 before moving on to their current role as the Human Resources Director at Greenlight Dispensary in 2023. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in 2023, a Diversity & Inclusion certificate from Cornell University in 2022, an OSHA 10-hour General Construction certification from the Great Plains OSHA Education Center in 2019, an OSHA 10-hour General Industry Safety & Health certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in 2018, and a Master Resiliency Training Trainer certification from the University of Pennsylvania in 2017.
