Darshan Kumar Sivabalan is an experienced RPA Developer currently at Greenlight Consulting since July 2022, with prior experience as a Senior System Engineer and System Engineer at Infosys from August 2018 to August 2021. Notable achievements include the automation of six manual tasks that resulted in savings of over 45,000 CAD and the management of robot workloads using RabbitMQ, which saved more than 12,000 hours of manual labor. Darshan's responsibilities extended to assessing risks, analyzing impacts for high-critical use cases, and driving teams to eliminate technical roadblocks. Darshan holds a PG Diploma in Computer Applications Development from Conestoga College and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from St. Joseph's Institute of Technology.
