Jason Posel has a diverse work experience in various roles. Jason is currently the Founder and CEO of GreenLight.ai, a company that provides a cloud-based contingent workforce management platform. Prior to this, they worked as a freelance consultant for a year. From 2010 to 2016, Jason co-founded and led ClearPath Workforce Management, Inc., a holding company that acquired another company. Jason was responsible for strategy, product development, marketing, sales, client relations, and overall company leadership. Before that, they held senior positions at The Albany Group and Albany Services, Inc., where they developed payroll and compliance solutions for corporate clients, led global contractor management programs, managed vendor relationships, and was involved in mergers and acquisitions. Jason also served as the Country Manager for The Albany Group's subsidiaries in the USA and Canada. Jason started their career as a Senior Research and Marketing Analyst, responsible for reporting and strategic planning based on market intelligence and analytics.

Jason Posel attended Haberdashers' Boys' School for an unspecified period of time. Jason then went on to study Political Science at the University of Birmingham from 1997 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree. In 2000, Jason briefly studied European Politics and Policy at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), although it is unclear whether they obtained a degree in this field.
