Derrick Ricca, CHSP, currently serves as Senior Sales Manager at Greenleaf Hospitality Group since November 2002, overseeing sales for a diverse portfolio that includes a hotel, five restaurants, and a 5,000 seat arena in a dynamic organizational environment. Derrick held the position of Past President on the Board of Directors at Colleagues International from January 2005 to January 2015, contributing to the region's foremost international organization connecting prominent leaders. Prior experience includes a role as Regional CEC at Steve Montanye Enterprises from June 1995 to November 2002, with responsibilities involving the negotiation and contracting of entertainment services for six restaurants. Derrick holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Communications/Marketing/Journalism and Communications and Journalism from Western Michigan University and completed leadership training at Leadership Kalamazoo from 2012 to 2013.
