Kathleen Manstrom is an experienced professional currently serving as the Workforce Advocacy Manager at The Greening of Detroit since March 2014, where responsibilities include assessing employment barriers for training cohort participants, managing team recruitment and placement, and coordinating training schedules. Previously, Kathleen managed green-space projects in Detroit, worked as a yoga teacher, supervised operations at lululemon athletica, and engaged in community service through various AmeriCorps positions. Kathleen holds a Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on Organizational Community Practice from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Environmental Studies from Kalamazoo College.
