Rachel Leffel has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Rachel started their career at Allegheny College as a Writing Consultant, where they provided individualized consultations to help students improve their writing skills. From there, they joined Aerotek as a Business Operations Associate for a short period.
Rachel then transitioned to Greenhouse Software, where they have held various positions. Rachel began as a Support Engineer, providing technical assistance to customers. Rachel then advanced to Support Engineer II and subsequently became the Manager of Customer Support, temporarily overseeing the Customer Support team in addition to their responsibilities with the Support Engineering team.
