Jo Finnegan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 17 years. They began their career in 2006 as a Customer Service Team Lead at Vodafone. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Enterprise Customer Care Coordinator at Vodafone Ireland Ltd, before moving on to various managerial positions at Vodafone from 2010 to 2019. As a Channel Operations Manager, they were responsible for the channel partner program and the development and implementation of a channel and distribution strategy. In their role as Sales Operations Manager, they oversaw analytical reporting, sales funnel optimization, sales automation, and CRM data management. They also played a crucial role in the end-to-end commissioning process for Ireland's Enterprise Business Unit Sales Community. Since 2020, Jo has been working as a Sales Operations Manager at eDesk. Currently, they hold the position of Revenue Operations Manager at Greenhouse Software, starting in 2023.
Jo Finnegan completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resource Management at the National College of Ireland from 2002 to 2006.
