Rodd Langenhagen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in software advisory and investment banking. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Global Software Advisory at Greenhill & Co. since August 2021, Rodd previously held the position of Managing Director and Co-Head of Software Investment Banking at Pacific Crest Securities from May 2012 to July 2021, where significant achievements included the firm's acquisition by a large full-service bank. Prior roles include Managing Director for Software M&A Advisory at Revolution Partners Investment Bankers from 2003 to 2012, and Principal in Software Advisory at Broadview International from 1996 to 2001, both of which also culminated in successful acquisitions. Rodd holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BSE in Engineering and Architecture from Princeton University.
