Ross Baxter has extensive experience in operations and human resources management within the hospitality sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Greene King since March 2018, Ross leads a team overseeing 91 Community Pubs across the North of England, Scotland, and Wales. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities included supporting multiple Operations Managers and overseeing 300 pubs, and various HR Business Partner positions at Costa Coffee, focusing on enhancing performance and engagement across numerous regions. Ross's career began at J D Wetherspoon, where leadership roles spanned from Pub Manager to Area Manager. Ross holds a Master of Business Administration from Birmingham City University and has completed CIPD Level 5, further supplemented by qualifications in licensed retail management and communication studies.
