Charlotte Mallinson is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in customer service and marketing. Since January 2018, Charlotte has been a Deli Clerk at Greendale Group, excelling in customer relations and problem-solving. Engagement in significant marketing projects includes collaborating on the Aromatherapy Associates Live Project and working with the Clarks Marketing team on a three-year strategic plan. Charlotte has also held roles as a Covid-19 Testing Supervisor at Walgreens Boots Alliance, demonstrating leadership in critical health services, and as a Store Assistant at Clarks, where sales targets were surpassed.
