Hannah Fletcher currently serves as the PMO and Change Lead at Greencore, a position held since November 2024. Previously, at StepChange Debt Charity from October 2015 to November 2024, Hannah held several roles including Project Portfolio Manager, where responsibilities included leading project managers, optimizing the change portfolio, implementing a new change framework, and managing resources and capacity. Prior experience at Eversheds from April 2014 to October 2015 included roles as Insolvency Team Leader, Delivery Manager, Product Owner, and Business Analyst.
