John Wilson is an experienced procurement professional, currently serving as the European Indirect Category Manager at Greenbrier-Europe since May 2024. Prior to this role, John held several positions, including Procurement Category Leader Europe at XPO Logistics Europe from November 2018 to April 2024, and Procurement Manager France at Rhenus Logistics from May 2014 to October 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing indirect spend and KPI management. Previous roles at Biomnis, Adecco International, Gemplus, Abbott Laboratories, and Hertz France provided a solid foundation in indirect purchasing and consultancy. John’s educational background includes a Diploma in Commerce and Business Studies from High Peak College and training from EIPM in 2011.
