Prior to joining Membership Experience as the Membership Analyst Coordinator, Shanala worked as a Members Service Agent at a credit union and comes from a long background of Customer Service roles. Shanala received her Bachelors in Marketing where a quantitative analysis class captured her attention but her love for Member Services kept her in the face to face roles. When they’re not trying to save the world, you can find Shanala traveling and indulging in food.
