Zachary Nolan is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Counsel at Greenberg Glusker LLP since June 2021 and as an Adjunct Tax Professor at San Jose State University since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Transactional Tax Associate at DLA Piper from October 2018 to January 2021 and as a Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Associate at PwC from October 2015 to September 2017. Zachary has also completed judicial externships at the Florida First District Court of Appeal and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. Academic credentials include a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctor with a Business Law Certificate (Magna Cum Laude) from Florida State University College of Law, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (Cum Laude) from the University of Florida.
