Graeme McLellan is a well-established legal professional currently serving as the European Co-Chair and Shareholder of the Global Infrastructure Group at Greenberg Traurig, LLP since August 2019. With extensive experience in aviation and rolling stock financing, Graeme McLellan has advised financiers, equity investors, and major financial institutions on various complex transactions and innovative financing structures. Prior to this role, Graeme McLellan was a Partner at Stephenson Harwood LLP from October 2009 to August 2019 and worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Clifford Chance as a solicitor. Additionally, Graeme McLellan held the position of General Counsel & Company Secretary at GF-X, where contributions included the development of a global air cargo booking platform. Graeme McLellan earned a Law degree with honors from The University of Edinburgh in 1993.
