Ryan Graziano

Director, Technology Applications at Green Thumb Industries

Ryan Graziano has comprehensive work experience in the field of IT project management and technology applications. Ryan started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Vermont in 2008, where they gained experience in data collection and analysis. Ryan then worked as an IT Technician at All Systems Repair, diagnosing and troubleshooting computer issues.

In 2010, Ryan joined the Vermont Teddy Bear Company as an IT Support Specialist, providing on-site and on-call support for network and telephony issues. Ryan'sresponsibility also included hardware and software maintenance. Ryan later joined Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. as a Technical Support Specialist, where they were responsible for diagnosing and supporting computer hardware and network infrastructure.

Ryan continued to advance their career in IT project management at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., starting as an IT Project Manager I in 2015. In this role, they developed plans for executing IT initiatives and coordinated with the IT PMO to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Ryan then progressed to the role of IT Project Manager II in 2016, where they managed IT projects, tracked budgets, and mitigated risks. Ryan continued working at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. until 2019.

In 2019, Ryan joined Curaleaf as a Senior IT Project Manager, responsible for prioritizing and planning the company's initiatives. Ryan also worked as a Director of IT Portfolio Management, where they provided thought leadership to the IT PMO team and implemented project management standards. Ryan left Curaleaf in 2021.

Currently, Ryan is employed at Green Thumb Industries (GTI) as the Director of Technology Applications. In this role, they are focused on implementing project management practices, creating standards, and establishing organizational roadmaps. Ryan has also implemented an IT Portfolio and Project Management tool and created a PMO playbook.

Throughout their career, Ryan Graziano has consistently demonstrated skills in IT project management, strategic planning, vendor management, communication, and team leadership.

Ryan Graziano's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. In 2015 to 2016, they attended Champlain College where they earned a Certificate in Project Management. Prior to their university education, Ryan attended South Burlington High School from 2001 to 2005, but did not obtain a specific degree or field of study from there. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ryan has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Ryan became a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist in August 2019 from Scaled Agile, Inc. Ryan obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2018. In May 2016, they earned a Project Management Certificate from Champlain College. Furthermore, Ryan is a Certified ScrumMaster, certified by the Scrum Alliance in December 2015. Lastly, they obtained a Network+ certification from CompTIA in June 2011.
