Michael Gilkenson has a diverse work experience in the operations and management field. Michael is currently an Operations Manager at Green Thumb Industries (GTI) since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Wildtree Holdings, LLC from April 2020 to July 2022.

Before their role at Wildtree Holdings, LLC, Gilkenson held various positions at Wildtree Herbs, Inc. Michael was the President from July 2018 to April 2020, Chief Operations Officer from March 2017 to April 2020, Operations Manager from February 2015 to April 2020, Production Manager from March 2013 to April 2020, and Manufacturing Planner from June 2011 to March 2013.

Michael Gilkenson attended the University of Rhode Island - College of Business from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting. In December 2017, they obtained a certification in Acidified Foods Manufacturing from North Carolina State University. Additionally, in November 2017, they also obtained a certification as an SQF Practitioner from the SQF Institute.
