Gia Kubik's work experience begins in 1999 as a Territory Manager at Boston Scientific. Gia then worked as a Sales Manager at Merck from 2000 to 2003, and as a District Sales Manager at Pharmacia from 2002 to 2003. After that, Gia joined Quest Diagnostics as a District Sales Manager and later became Director of Sales & Market Development in London. Gia worked at Quest Diagnostics until 2011.

In 2011, Gia founded their own company where they provided coaching services and delivered keynote speeches on leadership and personal empowerment.

Following that, they worked at Physicians Choice Laboratory Services as a Regional Business Manager from 2013 onwards. Gia'sresponsibilities included sales and leadership development.

In 2016, Gia joined Alpha Genomix Laboratories as a Regional Business Manager, where they played a role in reshaping healthcare by genetically guiding prescribing.

Most recently, Gia Kubik joined Green Thumb Industries (GTI) in 2018 as the Director of Sales for Nevada.

Gia Kubik began their education by attending Northern Illinois University from 1987 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in Exercise Physiology with a focus on Sports Medicine. Following this, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Second City Improv in Chicago, IL, where they studied to become a Stand Up Comedienne and Improv Actor. Gia also holds a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt, although the institution and date of obtaining it are not provided.
