Katie Gavitt is an experienced operations and events manager currently serving at the Green Sports Alliance since August 2022, where roles have included Manager of Operations & Events and Associate Manager of Operations, Member Services, Communications, & Events. Prior to this, Katie gained operational experience at Snapdragon Stadium and served as an MBA graduate student at San Diego State University. Additional roles include Brand Ambassador for San Diego Wave Fútbol Club, Athletics Assistant at UC San Diego, Teaching Assistant at Colegio y Liceo Federico García Lorca, Brand Representative at Virgin, Manager at Oda, Lead Event Captain at Lucky Strike Entertainment, and Substitute Teacher at Child Care Careers. Katie holds a Master of Business Administration in Sports Management from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University.
