Jason Resler CMRP has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jason started their career in 1993 as a Welder/Pusher/Foreman at Brown Tank LLC, Advanced Tank, and Brown Minneapolis Tank, where they gained expertise in constructing water tanks, process tanks, and storage tanks throughout the United States. Jason also operated cranes and other equipment during this time.
In 2005, Jason joined DTZ as a Maintenance Lead at Cargill Corn Milling, where they were responsible for coordinating personnel and performing maintenance on industrial equipment. Jason later transitioned to the role of Maintenance Planner, where they improved PM maintenance plans and was responsible for planning daily maintenance work orders, including capital projects. In 2012, they became a Superintendent at DTZ, overseeing the account start-up at the Cargill Malt facility and managing employees, HR, safety, and reliability engineering.
In 2013, Jason joined Denco II LLC as a Maintenance Manager and Reliability Leader. Jason successfully created a proactive maintenance culture and increased asset reliability by implementing a preventative and predictive maintenance plan. Jason also established a plant lube program.
Currently, Jason is working at Green Plains Inc. as a Maintenance Manager. Jason is responsible for establishing and maintaining a proactive maintenance culture and building a PM and CBM program using PdM technologies. Jason is also focused on establishing a lubrication program.
Throughout their career, Jason has showcased their expertise in maintenance and reliability management, consistently striving to improve maintenance practices and increase asset reliability.
Jason Resler CMRP holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree which they obtained from the North Dakota State College of Science from 2011 to 2014. Prior to this, they earned a Certificate in welding technologies specializing in Industrial welding from the same institution in 1993-1994. In addition to their degrees, they also hold a certification as a Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional, which they obtained from SMRP in March 2013.
