Gian Cercena is a Data Analyst/Scientist at Green Mountain Power since May 2023 and previously served as a Data Science Intern. Gian gained research experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at the UVM SEGS Lab from September 2022 to June 2024, contributing to the development of a mapping app for the National Pork Board and assisting with a simulation on the Ecology and Evolution of Infectious Diseases. Gian is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Data Science at the University of Vermont, with an expected graduation date in 2024, and graduated from Brewster High School in 2020.
