Mike M. has over 20 years of experience as an Owner/Operator in the restaurant industry, currently managing Lakes Tavern and Grill since November 2010 and overseeing two franchise locations of Green Mill Restaurants Inc. since August 1997. Prior to ownership, Mike M. was involved with Green Mill Corporate for seven years, gaining valuable insights into restaurant operations. Mike M. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, earned between 1980 and 1983.
