Previously, John was the VP of Commercial Excellence, Logistics, and Sustainable Development at Ash Grove Cement Company and held multiple senior vice president roles at CRH and Holcim (Canada) Inc., overseeing operations across extensive regions in Ontario, Great Lakes, NW US, and Western Canada. John’s extensive career in the construction, ready-mixed concrete, cement, and aggregate industries spans over three decades, starting with various positions at St. Lawrence Cement. John holds advanced degrees in engineering and business from the University of Toronto, including an MBA and a MASc.
