Mircea Bociu Radu is an experienced maintenance and investment manager, currently holding a position at Green Group since February 2021. Previously, Mircea served as a maintenance manager at Baker Hughes and GE Oil & Gas, where responsibilities included developing preventive maintenance plans, supervising maintenance activities, coordinating spare parts management, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Additional experience includes roles at Saint-Gobain and Flexitech, focusing on maintenance coordination and team leadership, as well as a long tenure at Timken Romania, where Mircea specialized in maintenance operations and electronic technology. Mircea holds a degree in Financial and Accounting Management and completed aviation high school prior to entering the maintenance field.
