As a member of the Program Management team, Soldely Dilone supports GreenGen's clients in developing and implementing energy efficiency and carbon reduction strategies. Soldely engages with and supports clients and stakeholders through the energy plan development process, manages internal resources in support of client deliverables, and ensures successful project completion of strategic energy-saving solutions.

Prior to GreenGen, Soldely was a Project Manager on the Smart & Sustainable Cities team at the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC). In this role, Soldely directly managed federal contracts worth up to $30M that addressed resiliency and sustainability issues for eligible small businesses that were impacted by Superstorm Sandy in 2012. The contracts were part of the RISE: NYC portfolio which provided flood protection and clean energy infrastructure to affected properties. She also initiated procurement contracts that focused on expanding broadband access to low-income neighborhoods throughout the five boroughs of New York City.
