Ric SanDoval is a Co-Founder, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of Green Generation. He oversees all aspects of GreenGen’s global operations for its buildings and infrastructure businesses. Ric assesses and manages each client’s unique investment strategy and business plan to ensure that the proposed solutions maximize stakeholder value and are congruent with the client’s long-term corporate objectives. His responsibilities at GreenGen include program management, financial operations, and project development. Ric previously served as GreenGen’s Senior Vice President of Solutions and has been responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of GreenGen’s proposed solutions, as well as assessing and managing each client’s unique investment strategy and business plan. Ric is a member of GreenGen’s Executive Committee.
Prior to GreenGen, Ric was the Director of Finance and Operations for a national consulting firm that focused on the implementation of environmentally sustainable solutions designed to decrease an asset’s operating expenses and overall carbon footprint. His team collaborated with the solution engineers to develop the project financials necessary to delineate the capital investment required to fund proposed solutions. Additionally, Ric was responsible for the day-to-day management and financial operations of multiple strategic business units within the organization.
Ric began his career with Marcus and Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. As an Associate, he worked directly with high net worth individuals and private equity groups in the development, implementation and execution of their investment strategies. In his time with the firm he valued and analyzed over a half of a billion dollars in commercial assets in an effort to assess the clients’ current position in the market place. Responsibilities included; asset valuation, land development, acquisitions, dispositions, and debt structuring.
Ric is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Economics from the Wharton School of Business where he majored in Real Estate Finance, Legal Studies and Management.
