Nicole Mercer, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as HR Manager at the Green Finance Institute since August 2023. Previously, Nicole was a Volunteer Mentor at ReachOut UK from January 2021 to May 2024, providing weekly one-to-one support to disadvantaged young people through group activities and individual catch-ups. Nicole's extensive experience at MJ Hudson Limited spanned from May 2018 to June 2023, where roles included People and Wellbeing Associate, Coordinator, and Administrator, supporting fund managers and investors in various asset classes. Nicole holds a BSc in Experimental Psychology from the University of Bristol, earned from 2014 to 2017, and attended Oxted School from 2007 to 2014.
