Finally, from 2002 to 2004, they were the Lead National Account Merchandising Coordinator at Kaman Corporation. During their time at Ally Commerce, they grew gross merchandise value by 500%, annual recurring revenue by 700%, take rate by 144%, and achieved a client net retention rate of 109%. At Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, they grew Amazon revenue and consistently delivered YoY revenue growth greater than 8%. At Kaman Corporation, they developed sales training techniques and assets and developed best practices for all subsequent National Account Merchandising Coordinators to follow.
Craig Haynor holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northeastern University, with a focus in Marketing and High Tech Management. Craig also holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Strayer University, with a focus in Marketing.
