Frank Liao is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Green Dot Corporation since November 2011, Frank leads a team focused on point of sales and mass communications systems, notably overseeing the development of a tax refund processing system that handles over 13 million refunds annually. Previously, Frank held roles at Blackboard, where significant contributions were made to the mass communications product, and Xytech Systems, where a web product was created for customized user views. Earlier career experiences include positions at Indymac Bank, where application design and maintenance were managed, and Cornerstone OnDemand, focusing on enterprise learning and talent management systems.
