Todd McCann is an accomplished Information Technology Manager with extensive experience in IT leadership and support. Currently serving as the Information Technology Manager at Green Diamond Equipment since July 2023, Todd previously held the position of VP, Information Technology - Canada at MBSE Canada from March 2021 to July 2023. Todd's career at Sim, spanning from June 1994 to March 2021, involved roles such as Director of IT, Support and Operations, where growth management of a helpdesk team and support for over 400 staff across North America was critical. Todd's early career included positions as a Rental Agent and Avid Support Technician, where responsibilities encompassed IT infrastructure maintenance and technical support for creative projects. Todd holds an ITIL Foundation certification in IT Service Management from Global Knowledge and a degree in Television Broadcasting from Loyalist College.
