Joel James has a diverse work experience. Joel started their career at Wagner Equipment in 2002 as a Parts Distribution Specialist and worked there until 2013. In 2008, they became the CEO and Product Developer at Joe's smokin chips and rubs, where they created and developed gourmet wood smoking chips for grills and smokers. Joel left this role in 2011. Joel James currently works at Green Chef as a Produce Area Manager, a position they have held since 2017.
Joel James has a diverse education history. In 1992, they attended Front Range Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree. Joel continued their education at the Community College of Aurora from 1995 to 1996 and obtained an Associate of Arts degree. In 2004, Joel James attended Dale Carnegie Management Training, where they completed business training courses focused on management training, business communications, and team leadership.
