Ted Sumanaskajohnkul is an experienced user experience professional currently serving as User Experience Lead at Vertis since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ted held the position of Senior UX Strategist at VML from June 2022 to July 2024. Ted's earlier experience includes working at Ogilvy as a CX Consultant, as well as progressing through roles as CX Associate and CX Assistant in Digital Transformation from September 2019 to May 2022. Additionally, Ted was a Marketing and Development Executive at Cordially, managing customer acquisition, front-end web development, UX design, and content creation. Ted began the professional journey as a Marketing Intern. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from The University of Western Australia and a Diploma in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the Management Development Institute of Singapore.
