Wesley Schnell serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Green Cabbage, providing legal counsel to the CEO on global business compliance and liabilities while overseeing the expansion of the legal department and securing a $20M Series A funding. Prior to this role, Wesley Schnell spent nearly two decades at Oracle, beginning as Managing Contract Negotiator, where expertise in complex transactional negotiations was developed, and later advancing to Senior Legal Counsel, leading commercial negotiations and managing legal risks for cloud and on-premise transactions while mentoring a team of attorneys. Education includes credentials from Rutgers Law School and Stockton University.
