Gregory S. Baranczyk has extensive experience in maintenance management and engineering, currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at Green Bay Converting, Inc. since November 2020. Prior to this role, Baranczyk held the position of Maintenance Supervisor at Nestlé from September 2014 to November 2020 and served as Maintenance Manager at Fox Converting from 2004 to 2013. Baranczyk's background includes leading multi-plant maintenance operations, overseeing the installation of new converting lines, and managing both equipment modifications and facility construction projects. Earlier career experiences include work as a Service Technician at Hart Design and Green Bay Engineering Corp, with a focus on custom equipment assembly and proficiency in PLC programming and drive systems.
