Starlene Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in climate innovation, sustainability, and strategic growth across various organizations. As a Founding Partner at Green Artha since January 2020, Starlene focuses on investing in transformative climate innovations and fostering networks for their commercialization. Starlene co-founded ACT Grants in January 2021, promoting social change through environmental initiatives, and established CleanTech-WIN to unite women's resources in climate and sustainability efforts in India. Starlene serves as Consulting Editor for Business India Group and previously led Sangam Ventures’ incubation efforts, significantly advancing the Cleantech startup ecosystem. Other roles include strategic positions at Spatial Ideas, Varyant Operations & Technology Co, Better Future International, and Landmark Advisors, where Starlene contributed to governance, strategy implementation, and investment management. Starlene holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Evergreen State College, an MBA in Business Strategy and Finance from Esade, and an MPA in International Management and Finance from New York University.
