Shelly Kaspar is an experienced educator currently serving as a Special Education Teacher and High School English Teacher at Weld County School District 6 since August 2012. In addition, Shelly holds the position of Instructional Coach for new teachers within the district. Prior to this role, Shelly worked as an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University-Portland from June 2012 to March 2021 and as a Middle School Teacher. Earlier in Shelly's career, a role as a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Sleeping Giant Insurance Agency from July 2001 to August 2005 involved day-to-day sales and service of commercial insurance accounts and managing surety needs for the office.
