Brent M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brent began their career as a Supervisor at Marie Allen Homes, where they managed daily job-site operations and oversaw subcontractors. Brent then transitioned to the golf industry, starting as an Intern Golf Teacher at Palmetto Dunes Golf Academy and later becoming a Certified Assistant Head Coach at The First Tee. Brent also worked as a Golf Shop Attendant at Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort, where they were responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining the golf car fleet.

Brent's career progressed further when they joined Brown Golf as a Sales and Marketing Specialist and later became the Head Golf Professional at Julington Creek, where they managed all golf activities and promoted memberships. Brent then took on various roles at Brown Golf Management, including Operations Analyst, General Manager at Orange Lake Golf, Director of Sales and Marketing at BG Drive, and finally Chief Information Officer. In these positions, they demonstrated their expertise in sales, marketing, and information technology.

Brent's career continued to evolve when they joined GolfBack as a Product Development Manager and later became the Chief Information Officer. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Information Officer at GreatLIFE Golf. Throughout their work experience, Brent has displayed strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Brent M. obtained an Associate's degree in Golf Course Operation, Management, and Teaching from Professional Golfers Career College in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma in General Studies from Copley High / Fluvanna High between 1996 and 2000. In addition to their formal education, Brent M. also completed the Assistant Coach Training program offered by The First Tee, and obtained several certifications from Lynda.com, including Amazon Web Services: Networking, Data Science Foundations: Data Mining, Pay Strategy, Performance-Based Hiring, Data Modeling with Excel Power Pivot, and Excel 2016: Financial Functions in Depth.
