Prior to this role, Carabias Rush spent nearly two decades at the Dallas Regional Chamber, holding multiple senior leadership positions focused on economic development, international engagement, and corporate recruitment. Sarah's extensive experience encompasses raising regional profiles domestically and internationally, fostering economic growth, and supporting innovation initiatives. Carabias Rush holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, Sociology, and Spanish from Austin College and studied at the Universidad de Salamanca.
