Emily Bouck West currently serves as Vice President of Skills, Talent & Future of Work at the Greater Washington Partnership. Prior to this role, Emily held the position of Public Policy Manager at Amazon from November 2021 to September 2023. Emily gained extensive experience at Higher Learning Advocates, where roles included Deputy Executive Director and Policy & Advocacy Director from April 2017 to November 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Policy & Advocacy at Service Year Alliance and progressing through several positions in the Office of US Senator Marco Rubio, including Deputy Legislative Director and Legislative Assistant, from July 2012 to July 2016. Emily began the career in politics as a Legislative Correspondent and Communications Aide for Senator Rubio's office and campaign, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and International Studies from the University of Miami.
