John McIntyre is a seasoned attorney specializing in commercial and financial services disputes, currently serving as a Partner at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP since August 2021. With extensive experience, McIntyre has defended major financial services companies against class actions relating to predatory lending practices. Prior to this, McIntyre held a Partner position at Reed Smith LLP for nearly two decades and served as Board Chair for March of Dimes. McIntyre is also involved in the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank as a member of the Board of Directors. A graduate of Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law with a JD, McIntyre also holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University.
