Mackenzie Shane is a seasoned professional in public affairs and legislative coordination, currently serving as the Public Affairs Manager at the Greater Phoenix Chamber since December 2022. Prior to this role, Mackenzie held multiple positions at Compass Strategies AZ, including Legislative Coordinator and Legislative Assistant from November 2019 to December 2022. Mackenzie also gained managerial experience at TriMotus from June 2018 to November 2019 and worked as a Consultant at Compass Strategies AZ earlier in 2018. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor's degree in Global Politics from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, completed between 2017 and 2021.
