Shani Lee is a professional with diverse experience in patient representation and membership services. Currently serving as a Patient Centered Representative at Greater Philadelphia Health Action, Inc. since September 2023, Shani previously worked as a Membership Representative at the Community YMCA of Eastern Delaware County, where responsibilities included maintaining the membership database and engaging with members. Shani also gained experience in marketing as a Marketing/Social Media Intern at Rivera Marketing and Media Group, designing social media content for multiple clients, and worked as a Marketing Assistant at Martin Law LLC, creating engaging online content and tracking marketing efforts. Shani holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Temple University, awarded in 2021.
