Doug Bilbruck is an experienced Facilities Asset Manager at the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority for Orlando International and Executive Airports since November 2018. Prior to this role, Doug worked at the St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District from March 1989 to February 2018, holding various positions including Asset Management Specialist, where expertise in Maximo, data validation, and report maintenance was developed, as well as roles as Pump Station Planner-Scheduler and Wastewater Treatment Plant Planner-Scheduler. Doug's technical background also includes experience as an Instrumentation, Electrical, and Process Control Technician. Doug holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from Greenville University, which was completed between 2000 and 2002.
