James Balazs is an experienced executive with a robust background in finance and business management. As the Vice-President & General Manager at Greater Giving since September 2009, James oversees the executive leadership team, develops company strategy, and champions employee engagement and customer satisfaction within a Fortune 1000 environment. Prior to this role, James served as the Vice President of Business Analysis & Support and Senior Director of Finance & Corporate Development at Greater Giving, where James set policy and implemented financial controls. Previous experience includes serving as Controller at Auctionpay, Inc., where James contributed to significant company growth and received multiple industry awards. With earlier positions at organizations such as World Oil Company, First Insight, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, James has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities. James holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
